At times he reads her thoughts, knowing her actions in advance
She does the same, able to read him like a book
This majestic connection didn't happen overnight
It took days, weeks and months to garner this intuitive look
So now they think, look, speak, feel and act as one
Intertwined with feelings and insight as if joined at birth
Together they embrace this special gift and what it means
For once in a lifetime is a joining such as this and what it's worth
Their love and beauty aside, they realize its this bond that will endure
It keeps them honest, sincere, loving and true
They speak of it often as if fresh each day, holding them in place
Attached in mind, body, and spirit they are more one than two
